Hi, I would like to introduce myself to you. I am a certified Health Coach who is 64 years old and trying to fill the void for folks who are past the child rearing age but still want to get/be healthy. My mission is to try to reteach the unhealthy habits we have picked up throughout our lives. I have been studying this field for 5 years and have noticed most of the blogs out there seem to be geared for younger, fitter folks.
